PREPARATION:

The white Chia has a neutral taste, while the black Chia has a more 
concentrated flavor, but both are equally enjoyable. We can grind the
seeds to make a grainy flour. They will be sprouted after being in 
liquids for 30 minutes. (These seeds can be cooked or simply soaked 
in a liquid. You can use them for a salty preparation or a sweet 
preparation) 


HISTORY:

It was an important seed during the Aztec period. 
(In the 90s, they rediscovered it.)
