PREPARATION AND CONSUMPTION:

* Bread (substitute or complement to flour)
* Manufacture of cookies
* Pie crust
* Smoothies
* Blends perfectly with any other raw or cooked product 
* When mixed in some preparations, it must be combined with other 
  flours in amounts of 25-30%
* In some cases, the Mesquite may substitute a quantity of flour 
  (gluten-free products)
*  Goes well with Cocoa Powder and Maca flour

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

* Tastes like coffee with milk, cinnamon, chocolate, and with an 
  aftertaste of caramel
* The Mesquite takes between 4 to 6 hours before being digested, 
  whereas normal sugar 
* takes 1 to 2 hours
* Mesquite is the sugar of fructose
* Does not require insulin for metabolism
