Organic dehydrated yacon

Grown in the Andes of Peru, yacon is a sweet tasting root vegetable or tuber. Yacon grows best in a warm and moisturized climate and is cultivated in mountainous regions. Traditionally eating by rural people as a refreshing snack, yacon has a sweet taste that is reminiscent of apple.
