PREPARATION:

Above all, the Matcha Green Tea should be screened. Then, pour the 
contents into a cup and added a quantity of hot water (not boiling). 
Then stir until you obtained a complete solution that is perfectly 
homogenized. 

Approximately 40g Matcha should provide 15 cups of tea. We recommend 
½ tablespoon per 75 ml of hot water. From a single preparation we can
get up to three different varieties of teas. 

* Traditional Green Tea / Tea Usucha / Tea Koishi 
* Green Tea Powder Matcha can be used for a multitude of uses; 
  among other things, it is an ingredient for Japanese sweets. 
* Mixed with milk products (Smoothies / yogurt)

HISTORY:

Originally this tea was developed in China under Song’s Dynasty 
(960-1279). This tea was a tradition under the influence of the 
Buddhists Chan (which means "Zen" in Japanese). Primarily, it was
imported to Japan in 1911 and since then, the famous tea ceremonies
became a tradition. 

PRODUCTION:

The tea bushes must be covered against the direct sunlight; like that
 they can be protected. The bushes grow slowly and it makes the leaves
 darker, which leads to the production of "amino acids". This is 
essentially to soften the taste of tea.
